コース内容

スクラムの原則と価値観がどのようにスクラムマスターの意思決定の指針となるか、スクラムマスターがどのようにスクラムチームの環境を変え、アジリティを発揮できる環境を作れるかなど、成功したスクラムマスターとして成長するために重要な分野について2日間で学びます。

コースを通して、本コースの講師は、事例、演習、ファシリテーションのテクニック、リソースなどを提供します。また、コースでは講師が、あなたや他の受講者が現在経験している、あるいは将来経験する可能性のある課題についてコーチングを行う時間も設けられています。

Professional Scrum Master Advanced™コースは、スクラムフレームワークを完全に理解している経験豊富なスクラムマスターのために特別に設計された上級コースです。スクラムマスターの経験が1年以上ある方には特に有益なコースです。

Course Content

Professional Scrum Master Advanced™ (PSM-A) course is a 2-day advanced Scrum Master class designed to support Scrum Masters in their professional development. The PSM-A course is intended for Scrum Masters with at least one year of experience who are looking to grow their knowledge and abilities as a Scrum Master.

Unlike the PSM course which focuses on how to use Scrum, PSM-A is an advanced course helping students to understand the stances that characterize an effective Scrum Master, dive deep into how they serve the Developers, Product Owner and organization, and learn related practices and skills.

Over the 2 days, students will learn about areas critical to growing as a successful Scrum Master such as how the principles and values of Scrum help guide Scrum Masters in the decisions they make and how the Scrum Master can help change the environment of Scrum Teams, creating an environment for agility to thrive.

There will also be time in class for the Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) to provide coaching on challenges that you and your classmates may be experiencing today or may in the future.

認定資格について

Scrum.orgのプロフェッショナル・スクラムマスターII（PSM II）は業界で認知されているアセスメントです。

プロフェッショナル・スクラムマスター アドバンス (PSM-A)研修を受けた受講者全員に、PSM IIアセスメントを受験するためのパスワードが発行されます。

パスワードが届いてから、14日以内に受験する必要があります。85％以上のスコアが必要です。85%以上のスコアを得られなかった場合、追加費用なしで2回目の受験が認められます。

他社の認定資格とは異なり、Scrum.orgの認定資格には有効期限がありません。

Certification

Scrum.org's Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) is a globally recognized, industry standard assessment.

All students of this PSM Advanced class will be issued a password to take the PSM II assessment.

Once you receive your password, you must take the exam within 14 days. A passing score of 85% or higher is required. If you do not score 85% or higher, you will be allowed a second attempt at no additional cost.

Unlike other certifications, Scrum.org certifications do not expire.
