コース内容

アジャイル組織を実現するためには、シニアリーダー、中間管理職、そしてアジャイルチームメンバーが、仕事の組織化の方法、マネジメントの方法、成果の測定方法を変革していく必要があります。こうした変革はチーム単独では実現できず、組織全体の支援が不可欠です。人々の思考様式や働き方を変え、全員の目標と働き方を整合させることで、より高い成果を導くことが求められます。

本 2 日間のクラスでは、成功するアジャイル環境の条件を整えるうえで、リーダーが果たす役割について深い理解を得ます。リーダーやマネージャーは組織成功の重要な推進役ですが、アジャイル組織におけるその役割は、従来型組織で慣れ親しんできたものとは大きく異なる場合があります。

本ワークショップでは、講義とチームベースの演習を組み合わせ、以下を学びます。

・アジャイルチームの形成と支援の方法

・より良い成果を生み出すためのリーダーシップ

・アジャイルなプロダクトデリバリーの恩恵を得るために必要な、組織文化・行動様式の変革のリード方法

Course Content

Being an agile organization requires senior leaders, middle managers, and agile team members to change the way that they organize their work, manage that work, and measure the results of the work. Agile teams cannot do this on their own; they need help from the entire organization. Changes in the way that people think and work are required driving improved results by having everyone's goals and ways of working aligned.

In this two day class attendees develop a deep understanding of the role that leaders play in creating the conditions for a successful agile environment. Leaders and managers are critical enablers in helping their organizations be successful, yet the role of leaders and managers in an agile organization can be quite different from what they are used to. This workshop uses a combination of instruction and team-based exercises to help participants learn how to form and support agile teams, lead change in the organization, and develop a better approach to agile product delivery.

While leveraging the global collective know-how of Scrum.org and its hundreds of Professional Scrum trainers, this class delivered by Agorax is significantly adapted to match the business and cultural environment of today's Japanese organizations.

認定資格について

PAL-E コースを修了したすべての参加者には、Professional Agile Leadership I（PAL I）認定試験を受けるためのパスワードが発行されます。

パスワードを受け取ってから14日以内に受験し、85%以上の点数に達しなかった場合、追加料金なしで2回目の受験ができます。3回目の受験が必要な場合、費用の50％をこちらで負担いたします。

プロジェクトマネジメント協会（PMI）の継続学習要件である14PDUを取得できます。

無事に完了するとProfessional Agile Leadership I（PAL I）認定資格には有効期限がありません。

Certification

All participants completing the Professional Agile Leadership - Essentials course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) certification assessment.

PAL-E class participants who attempt the PAL I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.

Once you pass the assessment, your Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) certification does not expire.
