プロフェッショナルスクラムマスター AI エッセンシャル（PSM-AI Essentials）は、スクラムマスターとアジャイルコーチが人工知能（AI）を理解し、活用し、適用して自身の業務、チーム、組織をサポートするためのインタラクティブで実践的なコースです。

この1日*コースでは、受講者はディスカッションや演習を通じて、スクラムマスターとしてのAIツールとテクニックの実践的な活用方法を探求し、スクラムチームと組織がAIを効果的に活用できるよう支援する方法を学びます。

具体的には、以下のテーマを深く掘り下げます：

・AIがスクラムマスターにとって何を意味するか

・スクラムマスターがAIを使って自身の能力を向上させ、スクラムチームをサポートする方法

・スクラムチームのメンバーがAIをどのように適用できるか

Course Content

Professional Scrum Master-AI Essentials (PSM-AI Essentials) is an interactive, hands-on course designed to empower Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to understand, leverage and apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support their job, teams and organization.

In this one-day* course, students engage in discussions and exercises to explore practical uses of AI tools and techniques to help them as a Scrum Master and to learn how to enable their Scrum Teams and organization to effectively use AI.

The course continues the journey into Scrum by diving deeper into:

• What AI means for Scrum Masters

• How Scrum Masters use AI to improve their capabilities and support the Scrum Team

• How AI can be applied by the members of a Scrum Team

• How AI influences the organization, including essential guidance on adopting AI responsibly and securely

Throughout this course, participants gain the skills and confidence to harness AI effectively, ensuring they enable high-performing Scrum Teams in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Ultimately, an effective Scrum Master should understand AI, its impact and how to apply it.

* When offered in-person, this course is generally delivered in one day. When offered as a Live Virtual Class, the course may be broken up into more, shorter days.

認定資格について

Scrum.orgのプロフェッショナルスクラムマスター AI エッセンシャル (PSM-AIE)アセスメントは業界で認知されているアセスメントです。

PSM-AI Essentials研修を受けた受講者全員に、PSM-AIEアセスメントを受験するためのパスワードが発行されます。

パスワードが届いてから、14日以内に受験する必要があります。85%以上のスコアが必要です。85%以上のスコアを得られなかった場合、追加費用なしで2回目の受験が認められます。

他社の認定資格とは異なり、Scrum.orgの認定資格には有効期限がありません。

また、PMI PDUクレジットとして7PDUを申請できます。

Certification

Scrum.org's Professional Scrum Master AI Essentials (PSM-AIE) is a globally recognized, industry standard assessment.

All students of this PSM-AIE class will be issued a password to take the PSM-AIE assessment.

Once you receive your password, you must take the exam within 14 days. A passing score of 85% or higher is required. If you do not score 85% or higher, you will be allowed a second attempt at no additional cost.

Unlike other certifications, Scrum.org certifications do not expire.

Students can also claim 7 PMI PDU credits for attending this course.
