本研修では、プロフェッショナルスクラムプロダクトオーナー™（PSPO）クラスで取り扱ったトピックをさらに深め、プロフェッショナルなプロダクトオーナーとしての多様なスタンスを探究しながら、役割への理解を深めていきます。

Professional Scrum Product Owner™ – Advanced (PSPO-A) is a hands-on, activity-based course that focuses on helping experienced Product Owners and Product Managers expand their ability to establish a vision, validate their hypotheses, and ultimately deliver more value to their stakeholders.
The course goes beyond the topics explored in the Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) class by deepening the attendee's understanding of the role through the exploration of the many stances of a professional Product Owner.
Students should have at least one year of Product Owner experience and a practical knowledge of Scrum in order to participate in and benefit from these exercises.
The Product Owner role is multifaceted. The class is structured around six stances that Product Owners typically need to master:
• The Customer Representative – Focus on understanding customer problems, pains and opportunities
• The Visionary – Champion the future state, possibilities, goals and chances
• The Experimenter – Focus on innovation through experiments, hypotheses, tests, learnings and data
• The Decision Maker – Focus on making better decisions
• The Collaborator – Seek collaboration with stakeholders and the Scrum Team
• The Influencer – Lead the stakeholders, customers and Scrum Team
Scrum.orgのプロフェッショナルスクラムプロダクトオーナー II（PSPO II）アセスメントは業界で認知されているアセスメントです。
プロフェッショナルスクラムプロダクトオーナー アドバンス™（PSPO-A）研修を受けた受講者全員に、PSPO IIアセスメントを受験するためのパスワードが発行されます。
パスワードが届いてから、14日以内に受験する必要があります。85%以上のスコアが必要です。85%以上のスコアを得られなかった場合、追加費用なしで2回目の受験が認められます。
他社の認定資格とは異なり、Scrum.orgの認定資格には有効期限がありません。
Scrum.org's Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) is a globally recognized, industry standard assessment.
All students of this PSPO-Advanced class will be issued a password to take the PSPO II assessment.
Once you receive your password, you must take the exam within 14 days. A passing score of 85% or higher is required. If you do not score 85% or higher, you will be allowed a second attempt at no additional cost.
Unlike other certifications, Scrum.org certifications do not expire.
