## 仕事領域
自動車系製造業の顧客との共同・共創プロジェクトにおける開発力の強化が急務となっており、TypescriptやServelessAPIを用いた開発を推進いただきます。 本プロジェクトは、顧客の中にある工場データ・車両データ・品質データの利活用を支援するものです。これまでも、車両データから故障原因を早く特定し、早期の改善・改良につなげる分析基盤を構築し、顧客事業の改善により数億円のビジネスインパクトを生み出してきました。 今後、機械学習を含めたさらなるデータ利活用の推進を進める中で、これまで同様に分析基盤に関する支援を行うとともに、今以上に業務側にとって操作しやすいフロントエンド設計にしていくことや、フロント側に即時的にデータが反映されるプロダクト設計にしていくことが求められており、この開発全般を推進いただくフルスタックエンジニアを募集します。

- 社内エンジニア2〜3人＋顧客企業のエンジニア２〜３人の１チーム
- 上長はチームリーダー（事業部長）

- 技術環境：AWS、Gitlab、Github、VSCode など
- 使用言語 ：Typescript（Vue.js、 React）、Python など
■その他、以下のプロジェクトに配属となる可能性があります。
- 製造業向け：アジャイル・スクラムの考え方を用いたデータ基盤の構築プロジェクト
- 流通業向け：クラウド基盤開発・エッジクラウドサービス開発プロジェクト
- 製造業向け：トラフィック増減に対応可能なECサイト構築プロジェクト
- 通信業向け：セキュアなコンテナ利用環境構築支援プロジェクト
## 必須スキル
- Typescript もしくはPython用いた開発経験（3年程度）
- マネージドクラウド（AWS・GCP・Azure）上でのシステム開発
- システム開発におけるクライアントワーク経験
※SI受託開発・SES・フリーランス等形式は問いません。

給与：年収 510万円 〜 950万円

## Job Domain
Strengthening development capabilities in joint/co-creation projects with automotive manufacturing clients is an urgent priority, and you will lead development using TypeScript and Serverless APIs. This project supports the utilization of factory data, vehicle data, and quality data held by the client. We have previously built an analysis platform that quickly identifies the cause of failures from vehicle data and leads to early improvements, generating hundreds of millions of yen in business impact through client business improvements. As we further promote data utilization including machine learning, we are looking for a full-stack engineer to drive overall development, including making the frontend design more user-friendly for business users and creating product designs that reflect data in real-time on the frontend.
## Assigned Project
Automotive manufacturing development project
■ Project Structure
- One team of 2-3 in-house engineers + 2-3 engineers from the client company
- Supervisor is the Team Leader (Division Manager)
■ Environment
- Technical environment: AWS, GitLab, GitHub, VSCode, etc.
- Languages: TypeScript (Vue.js, React), Python, etc.
■ Other possible project assignments:
- Manufacturing: Data platform construction using agile/scrum methodologies
- Retail: Cloud platform development and edge cloud service development
- Manufacturing: EC site construction capable of handling traffic fluctuations
- Telecommunications: Secure container usage environment construction support
## Required Skills
- Development experience using TypeScript or Python (approximately 3 years)
- System development on managed cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Client work experience in system development

## Preferred Skills
- Project leader, management, or tech lead experience
- Agile development experience
- Development experience in serverless environments

## Basic Information
Employment type: Full-time
Salary: Annual income 5.1 million - 9.5 million yen
- Adjusted through the selection process based on experience and previous salary
- Salary increase available (once a year in April)
