## 仕事領域
自動車系製造業の顧客との共同・共創プロジェクトにおいて、より一層の開発強化を行うべく、SREとしてクラウドアプリケーション開発・運用を効率化・改善に従事いただきます。
本プロジェクトは、顧客の中にある工場データ・車両データ・品質データの利活用を支援するものです。これまでも、車両データから故障原因を早く特定し、早期の改善・改良につなげる分析基盤やサーバレスAPIアプリケーションを構築し、顧客事業の改善により数億円のビジネスインパクトを生み出してきました。
今後、機械学習を含めたさらなるデータ利活用の推進を進める中で、プロジェクトとしてはこれまで同様に分析基盤に関する支援・アプリケーション全般の開発・機能開発を推進していきますが、開発・運用双方をより効率化・最適化・迅速化すべく、SREとして従事いただける方を募集します。

## Job Domain
In joint/co-creation projects with automotive manufacturing clients, you will work as an SRE to streamline and improve cloud application development and operations to further strengthen development capabilities.
This project supports the utilization of factory data, vehicle data, and quality data held by the client. We have previously built analysis platforms and serverless API applications that quickly identify failure causes from vehicle data, leading to early improvements, generating hundreds of millions of yen in business impact through client business improvements.
As we further promote data utilization including machine learning, the project will continue to support analysis platforms and promote overall application and feature development. We are looking for someone to serve as an SRE to make both development and operations more efficient, optimized, and rapid.
## Required Qualifications
- Practical experience with AWS
- Practical experience in requirements definition and design
- Practical experience in construction, maintenance, and operations phases
- IaC implementation experience
- Practical experience in infrastructure construction using Terraform, etc.
- Automation script development experience
- Design and development experience of automation scripts using Python, Bash, etc.
- Infrastructure fundamentals
- Foundational knowledge required as an infrastructure engineer: networking, Linux, databases, security, containers, etc.
## Preferred Skills & Experience
- Practical experience as an SRE (SLO/SLI formulation for service reliability improvement, monitoring system establishment, incident response and failure analysis)
- Project leader, management, or tech lead experience
- System development experience (web applications, etc.)
- Experience improving operations using generative AI
- Practical experience with DevOps and agile development
- CI/CD pipeline construction experience

## Basic Information
Employment type: Full-time
Salary: Annual income 5.1 million - 9.5 million yen
- Considering experience and previous salary
- Salary increase available (once a year in April)
