DXチーム開発のリーディングカンパニーとなるべく、2026年に売上100億円企業を目指し、現在、重要な成長ステージに突入しています。
これまでベンチャーを中心としたクライアント企業のプロダクト開発（リンク＆モチベーション様の『モチベーションクラウド』やデータX様の『b-dash』など）を上流から下流まで担ってきました。
今後は日本や世界を代表する超大手クライアントも手がけていきたいと考えており、2022年にコンサルティング部門を立ち上げることとなりました。
今回の募集は、その部門拡大のための中核メンバーとして、案件に参画をしていただきながら、組織創りや中長期的な事業戦略を共に推進してくださるコンサルタントの募集になります。

## 基本情報
雇用形態：正社員
給与：年収 7,000,000 円 – 15,000,000円
※スキル、職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
年収内訳：月給12ヵ月＋賞与2ヵ月（5月・11月に各1ヵ月支給）
昇格・昇給：年1回（5月）
残業手当：時間外手当として固定金額を含む ※みなし残業40時間

## Recruitment Background
Aiming to become a leading company in DX team development and targeting 10 billion yen in revenue by 2026, we are currently entering a critical growth stage.
We have handled product development for client companies, primarily startups (such as Link & Motivation's "Motivation Cloud" and Data X's "b-dash"), from upstream to downstream.
Going forward, we aim to work with major clients representing Japan and the world, and in 2022, we established a consulting division.
This recruitment is for consultants who will serve as core members for division expansion, participating in projects while jointly promoting organization building and medium- to long-term business strategy.
## Responsibilities
[Consultant & Senior Consultant Positions]
- Complete assigned projects in collaboration with supervisors and team members
- Drive upstream processes such as concept planning and systemization planning
- Support proposal activities based on supervisor's instructions
- Support internal organization building and management consulting shift for the rapidly expanding division
- Training and education of junior consultants
[Manager Position]
- New client acquisition and deepening relationships with major clients, expanding team structure
- Proposal activities and relationship building with key persons in coordination with sales
- Launch, promotion, and closing of projects as a consultant
- Lead organization building and management consulting shift for the rapidly expanding division
- Training, education, and management of junior consultants
[Senior Manager Position]
- New client acquisition and deepening relationships with major clients, expanding team structure
- Proposal activities and relationship building with key persons in coordination with sales
- Maximize project quality improvement and client contribution as the responsible person for key clients

## Basic Information
Employment type: Full-time
Salary: Annual income 7,000,000 - 15,000,000 yen
*Determined based on skills and work experience.
Salary breakdown: Monthly salary x 12 months + bonus x 2 months (1 month each in May and November)
Promotion/raise: Once per year (May)
Overtime allowance: Includes fixed amount as overtime allowance *deemed overtime 40 hours
Work location: Minato-ku Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo
*Work at headquarters or client site (Tokyo or Tokyo suburbs)
