これまでベンチャーを中心としたクライアント企業のプロダクト開発（リンク＆モチベーション様の『モチベーションクラウド』やデータX様の『b-dash』など）を上流から下流まで担ってきました。
今後は日本や世界を代表する超大手クライアントも手がけていきたいと考えており、2022年にコンサルティング部門を立ち上げることとなりました。

【Consultant職】
- ご経験を活かせるIT領域のプロジェクトに参画いただき、上司やチームメンバーと連携しながら担当プロジェクトを完遂
- 要件定義などの上流工程から携われプロジェクトでのメンバーとして担当領域を実施
- PL経験等を積みながらPM/PMO案件にチャレンジ
【Senior Consultant職】
- ご経験を活かせるIT領域のプロジェクトに参画いただき、ご担当領域をリード
- 業務/システムの知見を活かしながら顧客と直接対話し、PM/PMOとしてプロジェクトをリード

## 基本情報
雇用形態：正社員
給与：年収 5,000,000 円 – 10,000,000円
※スキル、職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
年収内訳：月給12ヵ月＋賞与2ヵ月（5月・11月に各1ヵ月支給）

This recruitment is for members who will grow together while being involved in the organizational expansion and business promotion of the consulting division.
## Responsibilities
[Consultant Position]
- Join IT domain projects where you can leverage your experience, working with supervisors and team members to complete assigned projects
- Serve as a project member involved from upstream processes such as requirements definition
- Challenge PM/PMO projects while gaining PL experience
[Senior Consultant Position]
- Join IT domain projects where you can leverage your experience and lead your assigned area
- Directly engage with clients utilizing business/system knowledge, leading projects as PM/PMO
- Challenge projects that lead to solving client issues as a consultant while gaining various project experience

## Basic Information
Employment type: Full-time
Salary: Annual income 5,000,000 - 10,000,000 yen
*Determined based on skills and work experience.
Salary breakdown: Monthly salary x 12 months + bonus x 2 months (1 month each in May and November)
Promotion/raise: Once per year (May)
Deemed overtime 40 hours *includes fixed amount as overtime allowance
Work location: Minato-ku Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo
*Work at headquarters or client site (Tokyo or Tokyo suburbs)
