## お任せしたい業務
**Consultant職・Senior Consultant職**
- AI領域の提案活動・プロジェクト推進
- PoCから実導入・定着までのリード
- クライアントの業務課題とAI活用の接続
**Manager職**
- 大手クライアントの新規開拓および深耕、体制拡大
- AI領域の提案活動、キーマンとのリレーション構築
- プロジェクトの立ち上げ・推進・クロージング
- PoCで終わらせず、実導入・定着までリード
- AIコンサル組織の仕組み化の推進
- 若手コンサルタントの育成・教育・マネジメント
**Senior Manager職**
- 主要顧客の責任者として、プロジェクト品質向上と顧客貢献最大化
- AI領域の案件創出・大型提案の推進

給与：年収 7,000,000 円 – 18,000,000円
年収内訳：月給12ヵ月＋賞与2ヵ月（5月・11月に各1ヵ月支給）

As a leading DX team development company aiming for 10 billion yen in revenue by 2026, the company is currently in a critical growth stage. It has built its strengths in technical capability and execution by consistently handling client product development from upstream to downstream.
However, many challenges remain in the field:
- PoCs have been conducted but not brought to production
- Business challenges and AI utilization are not connected, resulting in no outcomes
- Design of data, IT infrastructure, and security cannot keep up
- There is a shortage of personnel to connect field-level and executive decision-making
The company is recruiting consultants who can consistently drive AI initiatives from concept through implementation to adoption.
## Responsibilities
**Consultant / Senior Consultant**
- AI-related proposal activities and project promotion
- Leading from PoC to production implementation and adoption
- Connecting client business challenges with AI utilization
**Manager**
- New client acquisition and deepening relationships, expanding team structure
- AI-related proposal activities and building relationships with key stakeholders
- Project launch, promotion, and closing
- Leading beyond PoC to production implementation and adoption
- Systematizing the AI consulting organization
- Training, educating, and managing junior consultants
**Senior Manager**
- Maximizing project quality and client contribution as the key account lead
- Creating AI-related opportunities and driving large-scale proposals
- Leading organization building, hiring, training, and culture development
- Contributing to the company as a future executive candidate

## Basic Information
Employment type: Full-time
Salary: Annual income 7,000,000 - 18,000,000 yen
Breakdown: Monthly salary x 12 months + bonus x 2 months (1 month each in May and November)
Promotion/raise: Once per year (May)
Overtime: Fixed amount included as overtime allowance (deemed overtime 40 hours)
Work location: Huuric Minami-Aoyama Building 9F, 2-27-25 Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo (2 min walk from Gaienmae Station on the Ginza Line)
